The planet is transforming rapidly. Black Lives Matter

A jury of mostly White women found Mr Zimmerman not guilty of murder. They determined that he had the right to shoot and kill Trevon because he was afraid for his life. Zimmerman, an adult with a gun shot a boy of 14 because he was afraid for his life? Not plausible. Even President Obama expressed his deep anger and sadness that Treyvon was murdered and without penalty stating ‘that could have been my child; that could have been me.’ The outright racism of a White man murdering a Black boy brought the nation forward into the crisis we currently face.

Night World

Impressions of travel by night

Nighttime brings about a mysterious element. Sight is focused differently and senses are heightened. In my series Night World, I have selected images from my travels that invite the viewer to see the world as it can only be experienced after hours.
